Why the UK

The affordable sector is a significantly growing demand requirement in the UK. In 2020, there were 1.2 m households in England on Local Authority waiting lists and 98,000 households in temporary accommodation. In contrast, only 57,644 affordable homes were completed.

Our Business Model

The principal activities of the business can be broken down into three distinct phases: Land Phase, Development Phase, and Investment Phase.

Land Phase

We have developed a customised AI site identification tool that enables us to forensically examine the key attributes of locations for their suitability for development. Using our network of land agents, we will acquire land following a detailed due diligence process. We appoint and project manage expert professional teams who are intimately familiar with our design brief. We conduct extensive and genuine community engagement and consultation before we work up our scheme proposals.
We then develop our proposals and secure planning consent.

Development Phase

Having acquired land with planning consent, we design and deliver our high specification homes, combining beauty with quality and affordability. We take great care ensuring our homes meets the needs of the local community, harmonising with local environmental needs, whilst satisfying ESG requirements. We create beautiful places for people for people to thrive.

Delivery Phase

We bring quality housing stock to the market through the UK government help-to-buy scheme. We also release stock into the long-term rental market, allowing housing organizations and investors access to quality assets that meet the needs and demands of successful long-term tenancy. Through the provision of modern high-quality stock, the development of our rental portfolio provides a viable and attractive solution to tenants, associations and investors alike.
